Microsoft Login was updated on 29.9.2020 date. This was done to better support latest browsers and security practices.
Some customers have encountered login issues after the update. These only affect certain persons.
If login is working for some persons/browsers, but is not working for other persons/browsers, you can perform following actions to resolve the login issue.
Person points her browser to https://login.microsoftonline.com/logout.srf page and waits until she has been logged out from Microsoft services. Microsoft Login could possibly be working OK after this.
Person temporarily uses another browser, until her original browser (automatically) resolves the issue at some later date.
Person removes all saved pages, files and cookies from her browser.
