Edits and deletions of Work time events can be undone by using the Restore option in an event's history.
To perform restorations, you must have permission to edit the event(s) in question. More info about work time roles in this article.
Restore a deleted event
To restore a deleted event, start by taking an Event report from Worktime > Work hours > Reports.
Select the "Event report" from the Report dropdown, ensure the "Include deleted events" check box is checked, and that you have selected dates that include the target event. Finally, select the relevant person and run the report.
Find the deleted event you wish to restore from the results and click the link text under the Event type column. This will open that event's history details, from which you can pick the top row to show the event details and finally click "Restore" to return the event to the person's calendar.
Please note that when an event is restored, it is always done so in the Unapproved state.
Undo edits to an event
To undo edits to an event, visit the related person's calendar at, Worktime > Work hours > Events in calendar, and select the desired dates and person from the controls. Click the times of the target event and then the "Edit history" option. Pick the historical state you wish to return the event to, to show its full details, then press the "Restore" button. The event is now restored to that state.
Please note that when an event is restored, it is always done so in the Unapproved state.
