In order to receive support from Nepton customer service, the admin user must have completed bronze and silver level admin trainings.
Who is the training intended for?
Bronze level training is aimed at all Nepton admin users. The training is also suitable for a person who works as or is a deputy in the company's management, HR or payroll for example, and whose tasks include wider use or administration of Nepton service. Depending on the company's operations, the training is suitable for supervisors, team leads or shift planners, if they have more access rights than the basic user.
Skills learned in the training
After the training, the participant understands the principles of using the service at a general level and can perform tasks required in their daily work independently or with the help of the Support articles.
The participant understands e.g.:
- Functional areas of the service
- Person search and person data maintenance
- Roles and work time roles
- Person groups
- Creating and deleting events
- Event editing
- Approving and locking events
- Using the support service portal
Certification exam
The participant can take part in a voluntary certification exam after the training and earn Nepton's bronze level certificate.
The certificate exam is conducted in our sister company Saarni Learning's system Priima, where the exam results are saved. Priima can be accessed during the training from the link shared in the chat. When registering for the first time or logging into Priima, this page opens, depending on which test link you have clicked on.

Make sure you can log into your Nepton environment. See how to log in to Nepton in the instructions. If the Nepton implementation project is just underway, please contact the Nepton project manager to get credentials for your own environment.

Training schedules can be found on our website: https://nepton.fi/koulutukset/ Through the link you can sign up for a training that suits your schedule. The training is free for all new customer during implementation project.
