Quick help - In platform assistance
A feature launched on 27.12.2022, Quick help is being rolled out gradually as part of the modernisation of our user interface. Pages that are supported by it, will display a floating question mark in the bottom right corner.
Quick help aims to give you the most important information about a page and its features in a short and easy-to-reference format, so you can avoid diving into the detailed guidance pages to answer everyday questions about its use. In-page help also suggests related guidance articles to help you get more detailed information quickly.
Quick help will automatically appear if it's your first visit to a feature, or if there have recently been big changes. It's easily dismissed if you don't want the help at that moment, and you can revisit it any time by clicking the question mark floating in the bottom right corner of the screen on supported pages.
Quick search
This support portal contains detailed guidance about all aspects of Nepton and is usually the fastest way to get the information you need. Available at the top of every page in the Support portal, simply enter the keyword(s) about the topic you're interested in, and the search will recommend related articles and search terms as you type and refine the search.
