The Nepton Insight service offers enhanced reporting capabilities alongside standard reports. All customers receive standard reports as part of the service, but they can expand their reporting with the additional Insights Easy, Insights Pro, or Insights Complete service levels.
Standard reports provide comprehensive basic reporting, but many organisations have unique requirements that standard reports may not fully cover. The Insights Service addresses this need by allowing you to:
- Enhance decision-making by leveraging more detailed and targeted data.
- Save time, as reports no longer need to be manually compiled, for example in excel.
- Customise reporting to suit your needs – with the Pro and Complete levels, you can create and share customisable reports.
