Automatic notifications for online work contracts can be managed on Employees - Administration - Settings - Automated notifications. You can choose which events on work contracts will send automatic notification.
To be able to recieve notifications, it requires that email and phone number must have been saved on persons info.
Notificiations can be send on following situations:
- After creating a first working contract
- After creating a subsequent working contract
- After employee accepts a working contract
When the service is selected by clicking the "Send an email to person", more configurations are displayed. Subject and content for email can be added. Email can also be configured to be sent every time to certain email addresses in addition to the persons connected to the work contract.
The email can be configured to use secure email. These services are offered by different service providers. In order for this configuration to work, the secure email sending service must be in use and the service must be defined in Nepton - Employees - Administration Settings - Change to custom email server (SMTP)
When secure email is sent, recipient will have notification, which tells "You have had secure email, click this link to open the email". When the link is clicked and recipient chooses "I want to see the concent of message", recipient will get pin-code via text message to open it.
