1. Select Employees - Persons.
2. Search for the person whose role needs updating.
3. Move to person information by clicking the blue magnifying glass icon on the left side of the employee number.
4. Select the desired role for the person in the Role field. More information about role permissions in Role - article.
5. Select the desired worktime role in the Worktime roles field. More information about worktime role permissions in Worktime roles - article.
6. Save changes by clicking Save button in the bottom of the page. The roles assigned for the person come into effect after saving has been performed.
