Person group can be assigned to a person in two ways: In person's details in Employees section, or through Person grups in Worktime section.
Please note that the Person Group does not support validity.
Assigning person group in Employees section
1. Go to Employees > Persons > Persons.
2. Search for the right person with the search engine.
3. Click the magnifying glass in the beginning of the persons row to open their details.
4. In the organization section choose the right person group and then press save at the bottom of the page.
Assigning person group in Worktime section
- Select Worktime -> Administration -> Person Groups.
- From the Person Groups main view, select the person group to which you want to add a person.
- In the view that opens on the right-hand side, select the “Persons” tab.
- Search for and select the person you want to add to the chosen person group.
- Save the addition of the person to the person group by clicking the Save button.
