Person groups are created in the Worktime section in Administration > Person groups. Select 'Add person group' from the Action menu.
It is possible to set a parent group for the person group from the already existing person groups. When person group is placed in the right place, an organizational structure tree is created. Person groups can all be on the same level, or some groups can have parent groups. The tree can be multi-level.
Enter the name of the new person group, as well as the code and description if you wish. If user data is imported from another system, the right person group is identified with the code.
Then press Save, and the new person group has been created.
