The work contract package can bundle together documents related to the employment contract. The package may include, for example, the work contract, a confidentiality agreement and employee instructions. When creating an online work contract for an employee, an work contract package is always used as the basis for the contract.
Creating new work contract package
- Under the Employees section, select Contracts and then Contract Packages.
- At the bottom of the page, write a name and description for the new work contract package in the designated fields.
- Press Add and the created work contract package will appear in the list.
- The name and description of the work contract package can be changed via the Pencil icon. Remember to press the Save button after making changes.
- The work contract templates within the package can be edited through the Magnifying glass icon.
- In the opening view, work contract templates can be added to the package. This is done by pressing the Add to package button from the list of work contract templates. The package can contain only one work contract but several attached files. A work contract template can be removed from the package by pressing the Remove from package button. A work contract template can be opened in a separate window for review by pressing the Magnifying glass icon from the list of contract templates in the work contract package.
