A person is added to a unit in the Employment section by selecting Unit list from the Units menu.
The desired unit's information is opened by selecting the magnifying glass icon next to the unit's name.
The unit's information is divided into three tabs; Unit information, unit persons and additional functions.
A list of persons in the unit is shown in "unit persons".
To add a person, enter the name of the person to be added in the Search for person by keyword field and select Search.
The person to be added appears as a search result and is added to the unit by selecting Add. The person can now be seen in the Unit persons listing.
The unit can also be specified directly in the person's information. Several units can be assigned to a person and one of these can be assigned as the primary unit.
