Recording events in the Current status view or on the terminal happens in the same way.
If recording overtime is needed on a terminal, please see instructions here.
The Current status view can be accessed in go.nepton.com > Worktime > Work hours > Current status
Starting an event
On a terminal
Show your RFID tag to the terminal reader or insert your PIN code depending your organization policy.
After logging in you can verify that you have logged in using the correct account by checking the initials at the top right corner of the screen. (TT in the example image below.)
After logging in, a list of available event types is displayed.
The same accrual data, such as balance, work time shortening leave, bank, etc is displayed as in the worktime calendar.
On a browser
Log in and navigate to the Current status view:
- To start your event, activate wanted event type.
- Upon entering event recording you can add supplements, projects, comments and possibly choose record how you want your overtime to be handled, if that is defined in the environment. Please find article, how to assign event to project. Please read also the instruction on how to assign a project to an event on the Current status page and how to record event supplements.
- Click the Start button.
