Projects can be added individually or project structure at a time.
If all individual projects are meant to be automatically available when they are added to the project structure, only the parent project is added to the person or person group.
If you add a subproject to a person/person group manually, new subprojects are not automatically updated.
Adding a project to a person
A project can be added to the person in Worktime > Administration > Persons. Select the person and Person's projects as action. In the left window, select the projects you want to attach to the person and click Save.
Adding a project to a person group
A project can be added to an entire person group at a time, making it visible to all members of the group. Go to Worktime > Administration > Person Groups. Select a person group and the person group projects as the action. In the left window, click on the projects you want to assign to the group and press Save.
When the person is adding a new event, both person and person group projects will be shown to them in the menu.
