Transfer and processing of personal data
Nepton is an extensive and constantly developing service. Personal data can be transferred to or processed by trusted services and sub-processors when this is necessary for the proper functionality of the Nepton service. Only necessary data is transferred to or processed by trusted services and sub-processors.
Saarni Nepton is responsible for ensuring the implementation of information security and data protection with regards to trusted services and sub-processors. There is always a valid data protection agreement in place between Saarni Nepton and each trusted service or sub-processor.
The specific sub-processors of each customer are determined based on the service packages ordered by the customer.
Person responsible for Customer's data protection must register to Nepton support service and subscribe to this article (FOLLOW), so that he will receive notifications when new version of this article (including changes to trusted services or sub-processors) is published.
Changes to Nepton data protection, trusted services, and sub-processors will also be communicated in advance through other communication channels.
