We recommend registering to our support portal, so you can follow support articles. Also through the support portal you can send and follow your Nepton customer service requests, if you are the trained Nepton administrator of your organization.
Note: Nepton Support credentials are separate from Nepton Service credentials. You need to create separate account for Nepton Support.
How to register to Nepton Support
You can register as a support user by clicking here. If you have previously contacted Nepton Customer Service by e-mail, click on the Emailed us for support? on the login page. If you have never contacted us before and would like to register as a new support service user, click New to Nepton?
Follow the instructions to enter your name and email address. Then click Sign up.
You will then receive a confirmation email. Also check your spam folder and any other possible folders.
Follow the instructions in the email. After confirming your username, your account is ready to use. You can now log in to Nepton Support.
How to register to Nepton Support as a partner
Follow the instructions above in section ''How to sign-up to Nepton Support.'' After you have successfully created an account, Nepton Admin can add a tag ''nepton_partner'' to your account details, which gives you more content in Nepton Support -page.
How to login to Nepton Support
Once you have credentials to Nepton support, you can login to Nepton Support by choosing Sign in from right corner of the page.
Sign in by filling you Nepton Support credentials (email and password).
The option ''Switch to agent sign-in'' is not available for customer use.
