If an assumed lunch break is in use, it will not be assigned a project.
If you want to assign a project to lunch break, you must manually record the lunch break.
An event can be assigned to one or more projects. For each project, you can specify the amount of work done, either as a percentage or in hours. If no information has been set, all interpreted working time from the event will be allocated to that project.
It is possible to write internal and external notes to project. Notes are shown in the service and in the reports. Notes can be exported in the integrations using rulesets. Notes can be used for example to describe the work done or to registering information that is used for customer invoicing.

The event can be targeted to several projects. If work is assigned to several projects without project duration then whole event duration is assigned to each of these projects.
The work done can be shared among multiple projects. For each project, a duration can be defined, which can be given as time or as a percentage of the work done. However, the projects duration for an individual event must be specified in either as times or as a percentage. One event cannot have time and percentages mixed.
Duration is recorded in time using formats: h, hhmm, hh: mm, hmm
Duration is recorded as percentage by giving the value followed by % sign. The use of the % sign is a prerequisite for the service to calculate the percentage.
It is possible to leave the first or last project duration empty. In this case the duration for the project is calculated automatically. The project duration is set to be the amount of time that is not assigned to projects on the event.
If the event duration is divided for several projects and one or more projects are set to have 100% duration, the other projects can be targeted with the desired part of the event's duration. For example there can be one project marking with 100% and then two other projects that are split 50%-50%. Durations can be in different formats for one events project markings, for example in an 8 hour event there is one project marking with 100% duration, another project marking with 4:00 and third project marking which is empty. The last one will have 4 hours calculated into it.
