Gold level trainings are not held regularly. The training can be booked from customer service, and it will be customized for the customer deployment and needs.
Who is the training intended for?
The training is suitable for all admin users and persons who work in the company's management, HR or payroll for example, and whose tasks include integrations. The person can also be a deputy in said tasks. The customer deployment has either scheduled or manual integrations in use.
We recommend completing the bronze and silver level trainings before participating in the gold level training.
Skills learned in the training
After the training, the participant understands the principles of different integrations between Nepton and other systems. The participants will have understanding in:
- Integration functionality
- Different types of integrations (SFTP/API)
- Standardized integrations and rulesets
- Using integrations both scheduled and manually
- Using service log and person information change log to help in problem situations
- Using support portal articles as help in everyday work
