We regularly gather feedback from users of the Nepton service. With feedback, we can ensure a smooth user experience for different user groups and develop our services.
The survey is displayed on the browser and mobile devices after the first work time entry of the day. Feedback is not collected on worktime terminals. Feedback is provided on a scale of 1-10, where 1 is the lowest rating and 10 is the highest. Additionally, you have the opportunity to provide open-ended feedback. If you don't want to answer the survey, it's easy and quick to skip it.
When giving a rating, we ask you to evaluate the service comprehensively based on, for example, the user experience of the service and the support you have recieved from your own organisation, Saarni Nepton or our partners.
Collected answers are treated confidentially. The role of each respondent (administrator, supervisor, employee, etc.) and the organization in the Nepton service is recorded in connection with the feedback. Both numerical and text-based feedback are used for the improvement of our services and for marketing communications.
