On Monday, March 4, 2024, we released the first user satisfaction survey in Nepton for those in the administrator role. We will begin collecting regular feedback from all Nepton users through this survey, which measures respondents' satisfaction with Nepton and the service provided.
The survey will be displayed on both browser and mobile devices after the first work time entry of the day. Responses are given on a scale of 1–10, where 1 is the lowest rating and 10 the highest. Additionally, there is an opportunity to provide open-ended feedback. Skipping the survey is quick and easy. If the survey is closed without responding, it will not be shown again during the same survey session.
The first survey will be released gradually to different roles:
- Mon 4.3. Administrators
- Mon 11.3. HR, Payroll, Unit Manager
- Mon 18.3. Planners, Work Schedule Planners, Supervisors
- Mon 25.3. Employees and others not included in the aforementioned roles
Collected responses will be handled confidentially, and only information about role and organization will be collected from respondents.
Through feedback, we can ensure a smooth user experience for different roles and improve our services. New surveys will be released regularly in the future to measure satisfaction over the long term.
