Events recorded by individuals and the resulting interpretation of working hours can be reported using several different standard reports available in the service. Below, some of the working hours reports and the data content they display are presented.
Hours by salary type
The report displays interpreted hours by pay types (e.g., regular working hours, additional work, overtime). The report also shows the employee number, employee name, information entered in the report's additional information field, personell group, number of working days, number of annual leave days used, borrowed amount from accruals, on-call hours, as well as work allowances and increments.
When generating the report, it is possible to choose whether the results are shown hourly or daily. If the information is presented hourly, the report shows the interpreted number of hours. If the information is presented daily, the report shows the number of days during the reporting period in which the result occurs.
The report can be exported to Excel. In Excel, the balance is presented in decimal format. This allows the rows to be reliably sorted based on the balance.
Realized work hours
The report shows a breakdown of working hours during the reporting period, working hours without absences, overtime, holidays equivalent to working hours, and time equivalent to working hours, as well as interpreted working hours based on recorded events on a daily basis for the reporting period.
Additionally, the report shows the average time equivalent to working hours per week, the number of absence days and working days, and the accrual balance at the end of the reporting period. Read more in the article Realized work hours.
Hours by Event type
The report shows events recorded during the reporting period, categorized by reported event types. Additionally, the report displays the employee number, employee name, information entered in the report's additional information field, employee group, number of working days, number of public holidays, and number of annual leave days used.
