• We will collect feedback from Nepton users through a simple survey that measures the respondent's satisfaction with Nepton and the service they have received.

  The survey will be displayed on both browser and mobile devices after the first work time entry of the day. Responses are given on a scale of 1–10, where 1 is the lowest rating and 10 the highest. Additionally, there is an opportunity to provide open-ended feedback. Skipping the survey is quick and easy.
