Please not, that only organization's Nepton-certified Administrators are entitled to use Nepton's Customer Support services. If you are not your organization's trained admin user, please contact your supervisor or your organization's human resources to clarify the matter.
Nepton Customer Service is available on weekdays from 08:00 to 16:00 at asiakaspalvelu@nepton.fi. A support request can also be sent through our support pages at support.nepton.com (separate registration to the support portal is required).
If you are a certified admin user and about to send a support request to Nepton's Customer Service, please provide us at least the following in your request:
- Example person (if possible), in whose Nepton calendar the situation occurs
- Example date, when the situation occurs
- Description of what happened, what is wrong
- Description of how the calculation or situation should be instead
- Whether the situation concerns multiple people or just one person
- Possible screenshot of the situation
For example:
- Example person: Adam Smith (you may also provide us user personnel number i.e 123456)
- Date: Sunday 9.1.2022
- Description of the situation: Adam has accumulated 5h of evening bonus on 9.1.2022
- Description how the situation should go instead: Adam should have accumulated 7h of evening bonus on 9.1.2022
This way, we can provide you with the most straightforward assistance possible in interpreting and resolving the situation in our customer service. Remember, that you may never provide us too many details. Giving us too little information may lead into extra questions, which could be avoided by giving extensive amount of information on your first message.
