Support portal contains articles about using the Guide, for example how to register, search for articles and send support requests. Platform status and versions includes information about the current status of the service, as well as past and upcoming updates. Under support category, you can find all guidance related to using Nepton service. News and events category includes webinars and information about other public events.

We are constantly updating the Nepton Support articles and the search function. If you are a trained administrator in your organization and notice gaps or errors in the instructions, please let us know so that we can update the instructions.
We also recommend registering to our support site. Once logged in, articles can also be followed. The perk of following an article comes in when the article is updated: you will get a notification to your email about the update immediately. In addition, trained administrators can send support requests from the support site directly to Nepton's customer service and follow the status of requests.
